As the Designated Managing Broker & Owner of Three Realty Group, I take great pride in having developed a business that  has lasted for over 20 years based solely on referrals.  My motivation to leave corporate America to start a career in real estate was wanting to impact people's lives by helping them feel confident in one of the biggest investments they make in their life - their home. It's always rewarding to know that my clients appreciate my educational style over a "salesy" approach.  It's important to me know that my clients understand the transaction process and feel good about it.
